THE CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS COMMITTEE

The Charitable Contributions Committee (CCC) is one of the two pillars of VFW Ole Beck Post 209, providing direct financial support to Veterans and families facing hardship in the Missoula community. Operating under Post 209's dedicated 501(c)(3) structure, the CCC ensures that no Veteran in crisis faces it alone.

The CCC provides emergency financial assistance to Veterans passing through Missoula or facing urgent need, including hotel stays, gas assistance, and rapid-response support coordinated directly by Post leadership. The Committee also evaluates and funds larger community requests brought before the membership, from medical emergencies to broader charitable causes.

This work is made possible entirely through the generosity of our members, donors, and community partners, including local businesses and organizations that give back to the Veterans who served. The CCC continues to grow its reach as Post 209 transforms into a Veteran Gym and Community Center, ensuring that charitable support remains a cornerstone of our mission even as our programming expands.
